HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

  • When you buy on pre-order, the shoe are made especially for you. Due to their bespoke nature, the shoes have an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 weeks. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way our factory in Italy can start handcrafting the shoes of your dreams.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Our team will keep you updated on the progress of your shoes in a super transparent way. From when you place the order, to when the factory starts crafting the shoes, to the day when your pair gets wrapped up and shipped to you. Check your inbox!

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at hello@camillagabrieli.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can visit this link to view our return policy and return your order.

DOES CAMILLA GABRIELI HAVE ANY RETAIL BOUTIQUES?

Camilla Gabrieli does not currently have any retail stores. Stay tuned for trunk shows and pop-up shops!

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?

Sign into your account and click “refer a friend.” From there you can share your personalized referral link to as many friends as you want. Your friend will receive a 10% off coupon code which can be redeemed at checkout. You will receive your 10% off coupon once your referred friend makes a purchase.

MY SHOES ARE A BIT SNUG. ARE THEY THE RIGHT SIZE?

Being shaped on Italian lasts, our Camilla Gabrieli shoes are designed to fit comfortably snug.

As a Direct-to-Consumer brand, Camilla Gabrieli is primarily sold on camillagabrieli.com.This allows us to sell you the highest quality product for the best price, avoiding the traditional retail mark-up. However, collaborations with selected retailers could be offered in the near future.
