WHEN WILL I GET MY SHOES?

Camilla Gabrieli wedding shoes are made to order just for you and have an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 weeks. Our Italian craftsmen work their hardest to get your shoes ready as quickly as possible. You will get notified of the progress every step of the way.

WILL MY SHOES BE INSURED?

  • Your parcel is insured by Camilla Gabrieli during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for every delivery and it is at this point where the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to you.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Currently we ship to the United States and Europe.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

RETURNS

POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. The shoes must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, unworn and undamaged, in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box they came in. As worn items are non-refundable, we highly recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.

Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Our team will check that the shoes returned are unworn and undamaged, once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds for the item value are made to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days from receipt of returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKGE GETS LOST?

Camilla Gabrieli will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
